 Dear Church Family, 

 

Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran.

 

We will worship at 9am on Sunday, January 8th.  Sunday School resumes that morning, too.

 

If you are not able to worship in person, you can join us online on our webpage: flcamery.org, or on First Lutheran Amery on Youtube or Facebook. 

 

In January: Elaine Meyer will be our Lector and will provide Communion Bread, Larry & Julie Riemenschneider will be our Ushers.  

Altar Committee for this month includes Wanda Johnson, Glen & Bobbi Clausen, and Del & Collette Earley-Schalz.  

 

THIS Wednesday, 6pm Talent Show/Recital/Clean Jokes event. Confirmands should attend with parents. 

   Please email the office if you have something to share for this event.

We will have pizza for our church kids & their parents at 5:30.

 

We are looking for some more WORK GROUP LEADERS to help call our members when needs arise.

SUNDAY MORNING COFFEE does not have any helpers this week.  Anyone interested?

 

2023 Envelopes are now in the church narthex.  

More people are choosing not to use envelopes, but if you want one and there isn't a packet there for you, please contact our office.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Martha Heiden and her family at the death of her brother, Ray Oelmann; with the family of Jean Lindstrom, Debbie Vincelli's dear aunt, and with Rod & Janet Everson at the death of his aunt, Blanche Ausen.  

 

Please pray for Beckett Lettow, son of Sarah (Elbing) and Ian Lettow fighting for his life in a hospital NICU.

February 4th Update

  Dear Sisters and Brothers in Faith, We hope this email finds you well. We keep you in our thoughts and prayers.  Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran. We will worship this Sunday, February 6th, at 9am.   Sunday School/Confirmation will be from 10-10:45.  We are having Open Gym at the INTERMEDIATE School for our church families from 12:30-1:30 (we have the gym to ourselves for this hour!).  You are welcome to stay until 3:30 if you'd like as the gym is open to the community until then!  Please invite friends to all of our activities!   Covid and vaccine-breakthrough cases are continuing to hit members of our congregation.  If you do not want to worship in person, you can join us online on our webpage: flcamery, or on First Lutheran Amery on Youtube or Facebook.  Each week we hear of more of our dear members being sick.   Dear Church Family,  Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran. During Lent, we will be having a book/Bible study "Seven Words" by Susan Robb.  We hope to have multiple meeting times.  If you want a book ($10), please let the office know.
