Dear Church Family,

 

Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran.

 

Our worship service on the FOURTH SUNDAY IN ADVENT, December 18th, will be at 9am. 

We'll be treated to a wonderful Christmas Program by our Sunday School children!

Wednesday, Dec. 21st, 6pm Talent Show/Recital/Clean Jokes event

CHRISTMAS SERVICES:

Saturday, Dec. 24th, Christmas Eve 4 & 9pm

Sunday, Dec. 25th, Christmas Day, 9am

 

In December: Marlin & Judy Swanson will Usher and Laura Sjogren will Lector.  Larry & Julie Riemenschneider will provide Communion Bread on Dec. 4 and 18; 

Clausens will provide bread for Dec. 24th and 25th.

 

Please join us at our Thursday morning Bible Study at 8am.

We are not ordering poinsettias this year.  If you wish to bring one in, you are most welcome to do so.  Please call or email the office to let us know who you are honoring or remembering with your gift. 

 

2023 Envelopes are now in the church narthex.  

More and more people are choosing not to use envelopes, but if you want one and there isn't a packet there for you, please contact our office.

February 4th Update

  Dear Sisters and Brothers in Faith, We hope this email finds you well. We keep you in our thoughts and prayers.  Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran. We will worship this Sunday, February 6th, at 9am.   Sunday School/Confirmation will be from 10-10:45.  We are having Open Gym at the INTERMEDIATE School for our church families from 12:30-1:30 (we have the gym to ourselves for this hour!).  You are welcome to stay until 3:30 if you'd like as the gym is open to the community until then!  Please invite friends to all of our activities!   Covid and vaccine-breakthrough cases are continuing to hit members of our congregation.  If you do not want to worship in person, you can join us online on our webpage: flcamery, or on First Lutheran Amery on Youtube or Facebook.  Each week we hear of more of our dear members being sick. Update: 2/3/2023

  Dear Church Family,  Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran. During Lent, we will be having a book/Bible study "Seven Words" by Susan Robb.  We hope to have multiple meeting times.  If you want a book ($10), please let the office know.
