Update: September 30th 2022
Dear Church Family,
Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial
support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran. We thank God that Covid
numbers are going down, but if you do not want to worship in person, you can
join us online (Sundays) on our webpage: flcamery.org, or on First
Lutheran Amery on Youtube or Facebook.
Our worship service on
Sunday, October 2nd, will be at 9am.
At 10am we invite
anyone who is interested to Choir Practice in our balcony.
Sunday School kids
will meet after worship.
October Lectors and
Ushers are Jim & Linda Kuchenmeister.
Just a reminder: Our
Annual Meeting will be on Sunday, October 9th, following our worship service.
DISASTER
RESPONSE: There are so many disasters all around the world. If you
want to give a general gift to First Lutheran we will pass it on to the ELCA's
DISASTER RESPONSE. If you want to give to a specific need, please send it
directly to the ELCA through this link: https://www.elca.org/our-work/relief-and-development/lutheran-disaster-response
We need volunteers
to serve treats after
worship on the Sundays in October. Please email or call the office
for more details.
FROM
THE LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE: Please don't pull the flowers if they look
dead; just water them! Please email the office or call Sharon Bringewatt if you have
questions, or if you want to help.
Please come to our Thursday morning Bible Study at 8am.
Sorry if we miss any prayers. Please have patience with us and let us know
if we need to add any prayers.
