Update: August 5th 2022

 Dear Church Family,

Please pray for comfort and peace for Larry Kresl and his family following the death of his wife, Lois.  

Visitation will be Friday, August 5, from 4-7 at the funeral home.  

The funeral will be on Saturday, August 6th, at 4pm here at church, followed by a meal.

Prayers, too, for Norm Osero who just got home from Golden Age Manor.

 

Prayers, joy, and blessings for Elijah Sjogren and Christine Erickson who are getting married on Saturday, August 6th.

Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran. We thank God that Covid numbers are going down, but if you do not want to worship in person, you can join us online (Sundays) on our webpage: flcamery, or on First Lutheran Amery on Youtube or Facebook.  

Our service on Sunday, August 7th, will be inside.

In August: JoAnn Buss will be our Lector.  

Jon & JoAnn Buss will bring Communion Bread and they will be our Ushers, too.

 

ALL COMMITTEES: Please get your 2023 Budget Requests to the Church Council in August

Church Council Meeting is on Wednesday at 7pm

Church in Society Committee will meet Wednesday at 10am

Property Committee will meet Tuesday at 9am

Education Committee and Evangelism Committee need to plan meetings.

Stewardship Committee will meet at Ellie's for a short meeting on Tuesday at 10am.

We need volunteers to serve treats after worship on Sundays.   Please email or call the office for more details.

THE LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE could use some help.  Things are growing quickly now, including the weeds!  If you could stop by church for half an hour or an hour, that would be great!  Please email the office or call Sharon Bringewatt for further information.
