EASTER
LILIES/MUMS: Our church will buy 10
Easter Lilies. If you want to buy one of them ($10) in honor or in memory
of someone, please let the office know. If you would like to pick up your
own Easter flower and bring it to church in honor or memory of someone, please
let us know. Deadline is Monday, April 11th.
We will worship
this Sunday, April 3rd, at 9am. Sunday School and Confirmation will
meet at 10am.
We thank God that
Covid numbers are going down, but if you do not want to worship in person, you
can join us online (Sundays) on our webpage: flcamery, or on First Lutheran
Amery on Youtube or Facebook.
WE WILL HAVE COFFEE
AFTER WORSHIP ON SUNDAY.
We are looking for volunteers to bring treats and to
help serve and clean up for Sundays in April. (This Sunday is taken care
of. Palm Sunday will have the youth serving).
Please let us know if
you would be willing to help!
FAMILY BINGO &
LENTEN SUPPERS continue on Wednesday, April 6th, at 6pm, followed by Worship at 7pm.
The Jamaica Team will
serve the supper, raising funds for their bus driver, Pooh's medical bills
after his death.

LENTEN WORSHIP is on
WEDNESDAY, April 6th, at 7pm. Just a reminder that Confirmation kids are required to be at
worship with their families on Wednesdays and Sundays, along with Sunday
School.

BREAD: Brian & Trudy Mattison
FIRST COMMUNION class is offered to our youth on
Saturday, April 9, from 9-10:30am. (Parents and kids can determine the
age for their kids to receive Holy Communion.) These young people and their
families will have a Seder Meal on Maundy Thursday, April 14th, at 6pm, and
will receive their First Communion that evening at our 7pm worship
service.
PRAYERS for the
Ukrainian people. If you would like to make a contribution to the relief effort,
you can write a check to First Lutheran, on the Memo line designate it for the
ELCA Disaster Response in Ukraine, and we'll send a check from church.
