Update: February 25th 2022

 

Dear Sisters and Brothers in Faith,


We hope this email finds you well. We keep you in our thoughts and prayers.  

Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran.

 

Our thoughts and prayers are with Amy Johnson's family at her death, Amy's funeral will be next Wednesday, March 2nd, at 11am. Prayers also are with Teresa & Larry Soderberg and their family at the death of her cousin, Judy Eckert Caroon.  

We will worship this Sunday, February 20th, at 9am. Sunday School & Confirmation will have bowling & Pizza from 11am-1pm at Club 53.  Free-will Offering. 

 
Covid and vaccine-breakthrough cases are continuing to hit members of our congregation.  If you do not want to worship in person, you can join us online on our webpage: flcamery, or on First Lutheran Amery on Youtube or Facebook. 


WE ARE HOPING TO HAVE SUNDAY COFFEE AFTER WORSHIP IN MARCH for those that are comfortable with it.  We are looking for volunteers to bring treats and to help serve and clean up.  Please let us know if you would be willing to help with these Sundays: March 20 and 27.  Thanks!  The first two Sundays will be served by Quarter Moon Acres.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THIS UPCOMING EVENT!  

 

LOOKING AHEAD TO MARCH: Larry & Julie Riemenschneider will provide Communion Bread and will be our Ushers.  Jeri Peck will be our Lector.

 

ASH WEDNESDAY is on March 2nd.   Worship will be at 7pm. Confirmation kids are encouraged to be at worship with their families.

LENTEN SUPPERS will begin on Wednesday, March 9th, at 6pm, followed by Worship at 7pm.  Confirmation & Hi League kids will serve the first supper.

February 4th Update

  Dear Sisters and Brothers in Faith, We hope this email finds you well. We keep you in our thoughts and prayers.  Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran. Update: 2/3/2023

  Dear Church Family,  Thank you for your continual prayers, support, and financial support of our shared ministry of First Lutheran. During Lent, we will be having a book/Bible study "Seven Words" by Susan Robb.  We hope to have multiple meeting times.  If you want a book ($10), please let the office know.
